My Top 25 picks against the spread (games with no lines are in italics):

Don’t forget to stay updated with all these games on the live OPEN Sports scoreboard!

No. 1 Texas Tech (+6.5) at No. 6 Oklahoma -- I expect this game will be a high scoring affair, because this game features two of the best passing offenses in the country. Texas Tech defeated Oklahoma at home last season, but head coach Mike Leach has yet to win in Norman. Texas Tech has one of the most explosive offenses I have ever seen and I think they will leave Norman undefeated. -- Texas Tech +6.5

No. 3 Florida vs. Citadel

No. 7 Utah (-6.5) vs. No. 9 BYU -- This is one of the biggest games in Utah’s history as a win should get them into a BCS Bowl and a loss will crush those chances. That pressure may be too much for the Utes to handle. I expect BYU’s explosive offense will keep this game close. Interesting Fact: Ten out of the last 11 games in this series has been decided by 7 points or less. -- BYU +6.5

No. 8 Boise State (-6) at Nevada -- The Broncos feature one of the most exciting offenses in college football, but they haven’t faced a defense as tough as Nevada’s. The Wolfpack held Texas Tech to 35 points earlier in the season, the Red Raiders lowest output of the season. Boise State is a solid team, but I smell an upset in the making. -- Nevada +6

No. 10 Penn State (-14) vs. No. 17 Michigan State -- The Nittany Lions have a lot to play for with the Big Ten title on the line and a chance to play in the Rose Bowl if they can pick up the win. Michigan State has been solid all year and should have some success moving the ball against Penn State. Penn State gets the win giving the seniors a 25-2 record at home, but they will not cover the double digit spread. -- Michigan State +14

No. 11 Ohio State (-20.5) vs. Michigan -- Michigan cannot wait for this nightmare season to end. The players and fans would love to end the season on a high note, but with QB Steven Threet and RB Sam McGuffie doubtful, a win for the Wolverines doesn’t seem likely. Ohio State flexes their muscles and takes it to the Wolverines. -- Ohio State -20.5

No. 14 Ball State (-6.5) at Central Michigan -- Ball State is on the road and it's a short week. I don't know if Central Michigan wins outright, but I definitely like them as 6.5-point underdogs.

No. 15 TCU (-18.5) vs. Air Force -- Air Force has quietly had a good season and would like to end the season with an upset victory against the Horned Frogs. TCU is tough at home in front of their rowdy fans and would have their way with the Falcons. -- TCU -18.5

No. 18 Cincinnati (-4.5) vs. No. 20 Pittsburgh -- This is a great rivalry and the winner of this game has the inside track to the Orange Bowl game. Pittsburgh will rely on the legs of RB LeSean McCoy to move the ball and will try and keep it a low scoring affair. The Bearcats are hot having won three straight games and are undefeated at home in 2008. -- Cincinnati -4.5

No. 19 LSU (-5) vs. Mississippi -- LSU had to put up 30 points in the 4th quarter to beat Troy last week at home. The Tigers have the makings of a solid team, but need better quarterback play. The Rebels have responded to head coach Houston Nutt and I like the Rebels getting points in this one. I expect the Rebels will win this game outright. -- Ole Miss +5

No. 21 Oregon State (+3) at Arizona -- The Beavers are riding a 5-game winning streak after beating up on California last week. The Beavers have not been as impressive on the road losing three out of their five road games. Arizona will be fired up after having a lackluster performance against Oregon last week. I like the home team laying the field goal in this one. -- Arizona -3

No. 22 Maryland (-1) vs. Florida State -- The Seminoles are coming off a disappointing home loss to Boston College and will look to snap a 2-game losing streak at College Park. Maryland has been downright nasty at home moving to 6-0 at after beating UNC last week. Florida State has too much team speed for the Terps and will escape with the win disappointing all the Maryland fans dressed in black. -- Florida State +1

No. 23 North Carolina (-11) vs. North Carolina State -- North Carolina State has improved throughout the season, but the Tar Heels are loaded with talent and will win this contest by at least two touchdowns. -- North Carolina -11

No. 25 Miami (FL) (+3.5) at Georgia Tech -- The Hurricanes are back in the Top 25 after running off five consecutive victories. If Miami can win their next two games they will be playing in the ACC Championship game and a chance to play in the Orange Bowl. The Yellow Jackets are solid on defense and their triple option will give the Hurricanes defense fits. Take the Yellow Jackets laying the points. -- Georgia Tech -3.5
