Florida's Tim Tebow – Two national championships, one Heisman trophy and the opportunity to win back-to-back Championships and the first player to ever win two Heisman trophies not concurrently … doing all of this while circumcising babies.

Oklahoma's Sam Bradford – The second straight Heisman winner to return for another try means he might just be the first back-to-back winner since Archie Griffin. Oh, and potentially win that elusive championship for Bob Stoops.

Texas' Colt McCoy – The highest completion percentage the nation and a crack at the National Championship after getting snubbed will be the catalyst for the senior. Plus, he still has Jordan Shipley, who was granted an extra year of eligibility by the NCAA.

Ohio State's Terrelle Pryor – Splitting time last season helped this mobile giant – he’s 6-foot-6, but with some starts under his belt and another year to learn the system, Pryor will likely enter the Heisman preseason debate. No question one of the best athletes in the country.

Georgia Tech's Josh Nesbitt – Nesbitt was the featured QB in Paul Johnson’s triple-optiion attack. In year one, the Yellow Jackets had the most potent rushing attack in the ACC. With Nesbitt and Jonathan Dwyer set to return, they are the fourth-best rushing attack in the nation on paper. If healthy, Nesbitt is nasty.

Houston’s Case Keenum – Considering only Texas Tech’s Graham Harrell threw for more yards last season, the only reason Keenum doesn’t get pub is because he plays in Conference USA. It should be noted that he finished the season with comparable numbers to the Big 3 -- Tebow, Bradford and McCoy.

Kansas' Todd Reesing – His 20 wins over the past two years set a school mark for back-to-back wins. In that span, he’s passed for over 3,400 yards both times – plus he has his three favorite targets returning in 2009.

Ole Miss' Jevan Snead – Only 13 games into his collegiate career, Snead passed for over 2,000 yards and 26 TDs – and was the QB that led the Ole Miss to a win over the National Champion Gators for Florida’s only loss on the season.

Oklahoma State’s Zac Robinson – The last of the Big 12 QBs, and it helps that he’ll have WR Dez Bryant to throw to still. The only question they face at QB is who will be the backup.

Weber State’s Cameron Higgins – Division 1-AA’s most decorated passer. He posted over 4,400 yards on the season as a sophomore.
