Alright fans, after tabulating all of your votes, the April Badness field of 32 has been set and broken down into four regions!! Each region is named after an atrocious GM in NFL history as we embark on settling once and for all who the worst first-round pick of all-time is.

Jim Irsay, the man who drafted such studs as Jeff George (who represents Irsay strongly with a No. 2 seed), Steve Emtman and Trev Alberts gets his own region, along with Mike Brown of Bengals draft infamy.

Ray Perkins surely is disappointed to see fellow Buc Reidel Anthony seeded eight in his bracket, and of course no bracket could be complete without the great Matt Millen. Millen must be glowing like a proud papa to see jailed receiver bust Carlos Rogers sitting in his region as a No. 3 seed.

Here are your top seeds in each bracket as seeded by the OPEN Sports Draft Bust committee:

Irsay: Ryan Leaf, QB -- selected No. 2 overall by the Chargers in 1998
Brown: Tony Mandarich, OT -- selected No. 2 overall by the Packers in 1989
Perkins: Lawrence Phillips, RB -- selected No. 6 overall by the Rams in 1996
Millen: Heath Shuler, QB -- selected No. 3 overall by the Redskins in 1994

Now make your picks for the first round to help us determine the worst first-round pick ever!!

Other Regions: Perkins | MillenBrown

Irsay didn't draft Leaf he is the owner of the Colts he draftet Peyton Manning in 1998, I'd say that wasn't a bad pick after all was it?  Good try though!

Great poll!  Yatil Green was picked much later than most of the other guys so the fall wasn't epic.  No matter how big a disappointment it was for Canes and Fins fans to lose him so early, blowing the knee catastrophically on a routine training camp pass wasn't Green's fault.  Leaf is my pick to win it all cuz he was picked so high and had his own mind games self destruct himself so bad, nobody else even signed him later, whereas George got tons of tryouts.
