Insurance Runs

Last week, Jerod Morris set the baseball world on fire with speculation on Raul Ibanez's great start in Philadelphia. The mainstream media took him to task for mentioning steroids and Ibanez on his blog. Now he tells a fired-up Sid Rosenberg how he really feels on this week's Insurance Runs.

if journalists questioned whether or not players were taking PEDs 15 years ago, we may not be in the current mess we're in. And if you look at Ibanez's HR numbers, they are ridiculously better than they have been in his career. At 36(?) years of age, those numbers go up and people question. Welcome to your profession Raul Ibanez.

this whole blogger vs mainstream thing is plain silly... all these old school mainstream guys are doing is alienating the public... the future are blogs, newspapers are going under left and right... they need to accept the medium and embrace it if they want to survive...
