Brian Westbrook recently revealed that he was not completely healed from his first concussion this season when he came back to play three weeks later, subsequently suffering a second concussion, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.

Analysis:Children and adults alike should take Westbrook's story as an example that head injuries are nothing to joke around with. As far as Westbrook's future, he failed to comment on whether or not he'll opt to retire this offseason, though there's no way the Eagles will stand pat and pay him the $7.25 million that he's currently due in 2010. He'll have to re-negotiate his contract if he wishes to stay in Philly.

The Browns, Bills and Broncos are among the teams that have already had discussions with the Eagles regarding Donovan McNabb's availability, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.

Analysis:The Eagles are sitting pretty at quarterback with McNabb, Kevin Kolb and Michael Vick, and you can expect to hear rumors surrounding all three names throughout the offseason. For now, Philly is saying they plan to hold onto McNabb, though that could change if they're given an especially enticing offer.

A number of teams, including the Browns, are expected to inquire about Kevin Kolb, according to the Philadelphia Daily News.

Analysis:The Eagles have three quarterbacks - Kolb, Donavan McNabb and Michael Vick - that will draw varying degrees of interest around the league, and thus will certainly at least listen to offers for any of the three. Still, with McNabb being 33 years old and having just one year left on his contract, it's tough to imagine Philadelphia dealing Kolb, who's generally regarded as their quarterback of the future.

The Rams still seem very interested in Eagles quarterback Michael Vick, according to Newsday.

Analysis:Soft-spoken Rams head man Steve Spagnuolo sang his praises on Friday, and did nothing to shoot down the increasing speculation that Vick is St. Louis bound. While it is unclear just how effective Vick still is, it doesn't take a genius to figure out the answer is at least "more so than Marc Bulger."

Punter Durant Brooks has signed a two-year contract with the Eagles, according to Adam Caplan of Scout.com.

Analysis:He could replace the aging Sav Rocca. It will surely be a riveting "race" between the two this offseason.
